Booking Policy for Riad Yasmine : We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes. Please note that the Riad will not be held responsible for late modifications or cancellations. Our policies are as follows: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. No exceptions will be made regarding this policy. All bookings are confirmed via email. Cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing and confirmed by email. Modifications, cancellations, or no-shows occurring within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation total. Additional expenses (food, drinks, transfers, tours...) must be paid in cash (Euros or Dirhams). Tourist taxes (26 MAD per night per person) are not included in the reservation and must be paid at the Riad. A 2 nights stay is required all year & 3-night minimum stay applies during Ramadan and Christmas holidays. A fixed exchange rate of 1€ = 11 Dirhams is applied throughout the year. Balance of the room must be paid upon arrival either In cash (Euros or Dirhams) or by credit card (processed in Moroccan Dirhams). Please note that credit card payments may incur bank and exchange fees, which vary depending on the card issuer (between 4-10%). The Riad is not responsible for these fees. Alcohol: Please note that we do not sell or serve alcohol at the Riad. In accordance with the country's laws, you have the option to bring your own alcohol, provided you present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). You may consume your alcoholic beverage only in your room. Finally, our staff is not authorized to serve these drinks or open the bottles, no corkscrew will be provided.

Complete breakfast is included in the room rate and served every morning. *gluten free and dairy free options extra 40dhs per person/day. Possibility to have lunch or dinner for our resident guests only ON REQUEST. Adaptable menus based on different diets.You couldn't find any availability to stay with us ? We offer you the possibility to come and visit for a lunch time. For the comfort and respect of our guests, if you are not staying with us we only propose lunch between 12-2 PM. Our formula is 20€ per person with tajine+side, (usually kefta tajine which is meat balls with homemade tomato sauce and couscous side, for vegetarians please advise us before) Payment in cash only. Pool is only reserved to swim for our guests residents. BOOKING MANDATORY, please call a day before to check if it’s available (no lunch on busy days and when we have private events for groups)

Children under 3 years stay for free in the parents room. Children from 3 to 12 years old pay €20 per night to stay in the parents room .

The touristic tax in Morocco is 2.50€ / per day/ per person. It is not included in the room rate.
